For visitors

Registration opens the Monday before each ride and runs six days. Non-members use TBN's $15 30-day trial. Arrive 15 minutes early. Check the schedule after 8:00 am on ride day for weather cancellations.

a helmet, water, a spare tube or patch kit, a way to pay for the stop.
Arrive
Ten or fifteen minutes before 10:00 am. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
Pace
Expect 15–18 km/h: you can talk the whole way. It splits into pace groups. Pick the slowest one your first time; you can move up next week.
