Run for riders training for the August Bike Rally. The pages don't say whether riders who haven't registered for the Rally can join, so email the Rally first. Some rides include a box lunch at the break ($10, cash or tap, 2026).

About the Bike Rally Training Rides group ride

Bike Rally Training Rides is a series of road training rides in Toronto, Canada. It rolls saturdays and Sundays at 8:00 am local time from Changes weekly (listed on each calendar event).

Weekly long training rides for the Friends For Life Bike Rally, the August ride from Toronto to Montréal that raises money for PWA (600 km, with 300 km and 100 km options). Routes head out of the city to places like Burlington, Glen Williams and Keswick, with a sign-in and announcements at the start. Montréal and Kingston riders have their own training rides.

In 2027 I ride 10,000 miles, all on the bike, every one of them for queer communities. You pledge a few cents a mile and pick which org it goes to. It starts January 1.
