One place: a DM to @cycl_eforchange on Instagram. There’s no email address. cycleforchange.org can’t receive mail, so anything sent to it never arrives.
About a ride
- A ride is gone, changed or still on: the form at the foot of its page (“Wrong, gone, or you run this ride? Tell us”). It gets checked against the host’s page before anything changes.
- A ride we’re missing: Add a ride.
- You run a ride: the same form, tick “I run this ride” and leave an email. A person replies to confirm with you before the listing changes. The site itself sends no email; that reply comes from a person.
- A route for your ride: “Send us the route” on the ride page. Routes go up only from the people who run the ride.
- A review: “Review this ride” on the ride page. Nothing shows until Robert has read it.
About a clip or a photo
What do you cycle for? is the way in: film five seconds, post it, tag @cycl_eforchange, and give the OK on that page. To take one back, DM. Within 7 days our posts with it are deleted, it comes off the site, and any boost stops. The same DM works for anything else of yours you’d like gone: Privacy says what the site keeps.
Shops, hosts, orgs, press
DM. A collab post with a shop or a ride host, a correction to a town guide, a question about the 2027 rides or the orgs Robert rides for: all of it goes to the same inbox, and Robert reads it himself.
Or find me on a ride
Most Fridays I’m on the shop ride from Bicycle Haüs in Scottsdale, 7:00 am. In 2027 it’s Center Ride Out in April and Cycle to Zero in May, and group rides wherever I am. Say hi. I’m the one with the camera on the bars.
Who this is
Robert Castan, Phoenix, Arizona. Cycle for Change LLC. The site is built in the open: github.com/castan1981-oss/cycle-for-change. How rides are checked says how every fact on it gets its source and its date.
Checked Oct 19, 2026: the domain has no mail records (no MX), so email to any address at cycleforchange.org isn’t delivered. Instagram DMs are read by Robert.
I’d like to say I ride for everyone else. I ride because it changed me.
In 2027 I ride 10,000 miles, all on the bike, and every ride gets written down. The money goes through the orgs’ own rides. It never touches me.
