About the パレスサイクリング group ride
パレスサイクリング is an open-streets program in Tokyo, Japan: streets closed to cars and open to bikes. It runs every Sunday from 10:00 am local time.
Every Sunday the road along the Imperial Palace moat closes to cars and opens to bikes: a flat 3 km out-and-back between Iwaidabashi and Hirakawa-mon. It is a family course, not a training loop; kids, tandems and tourists share it and staff ask fast riders to ease off. Free loaner bikes since April 2026 make it an easy first ride in Tokyo.
