- Arrive
- Ten or fifteen minutes before 5:30 pm. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
- Pace
- Speed-based groups of 12 or fewer. It splits into pace groups. Pick the slowest one your first time; you can move up next week.

GMBC Wednesday Evening Training Ride is a road group ride in South Burlington, VT. It rolls every Wednesday at 5:30 pm from Wheeler Dirt Lot.
A 28-mile loop through Shelburne and Charlotte with about 1,150 feet of climbing. Groups of twelve or fewer form by speed; the fastest starts first. Faster groups may not wait. The last group regroups and tries not to leave anyone. You need to hold 15 mph to fit in.
