For visitors

Free, but register online first to get the TrainYAS barcode. Helmets are compulsory. Free loan bikes and helmets (adult and kids' sizes) from Abu Dhabi Cycling Club, limited numbers. Under-18s must come with an adult.

First time on this ride? Here’s the drill
Bring
a helmet, front and rear lights (it's a dark-hours ride), water, a spare tube or patch kit, a way to pay for the stop.
Arrive
Ten or fifteen minutes before 6:00 pm. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.

About the TrainYAS group ride

TrainYAS is an open-streets program in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: streets closed to cars and open to bikes. It runs mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 pm local time.

Yas Marina Circuit opens its Formula 1 track to cyclists, runners and walkers two evenings a week. You ride laps at your own pace on closed tarmac, and loan bikes are there if you travelled without one. It is free and open to all ages and levels.
