Women only. Register online for a TrainYAS barcode and show it at the gate. Helmet and closed shoes compulsory. Free loan bikes in adult sizes, first come first served.

Bring
a helmet, front and rear lights (it's a dark-hours ride), water, a spare tube or patch kit, a way to pay for the stop.
Arrive
Ten or fifteen minutes before 6:00 pm. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.

About the TrainYAS Ladies group ride

TrainYAS Ladies is an open-streets program in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: streets closed to cars and open to bikes. It runs every Tuesday from 6:00 pm local time.

A women-only evening on the Yas Marina Formula 1 circuit, for cyclists, runners and walkers. Ride laps at your own pace on closed tarmac. Loan bikes are available.

In 2027 I ride 10,000 miles, all on the bike, every one of them for queer communities. You pledge a few cents a mile and pick which org it goes to. It starts January 1.
