Ten or fifteen minutes before 7:15 am. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
Pace
The easiest pace the host lists is 16–18 mph: brisk — you'll want some fitness. It splits into pace groups. Pick the slowest one your first time; you can move up next week.

Saturday Group Ride (Tripower Cycling Club) is a road group ride in Virginia Beach, VA. It rolls every Saturday at 7:15 am from Conte's Bike Shop Virginia Beach.

A Saturday road ride in two pace groups: A at 22-25 mph (drop) and B at 18-20 mph (no-drop) per the shop calendar. It is two loops of about 20 miles with a regroup at the shop around 8:30, and a third loop makes it about 55 miles. A longer Pungo route of about 60 miles also runs at 7:15 for A+ riders.
