- Bring
- a helmet, front and rear lights (it's a dark-hours ride), water, a spare tube or patch kit, a way to pay for the stop.
- Arrive
- Ten or fifteen minutes before 6:10 pm. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
- Pace
- No drop, lycra optional. It's no-drop: if you fall off the back, someone waits. That's the point of a group ride.

About the KVBC Wednesday Slow Roll group ride
KVBC Wednesday Slow Roll is a social and e-bikes welcome group ride in Topeka, KS. It rolls every Wednesday at 6:10 pm from Washburn University parking lot, SW 20th & MacVicar.
A 15-mile round trip on streets and trails for beginner and intermediate riders. E-bikes welcome. Often stops for ice cream near the end. Helmets and a good attitude required. Check the club's calendar or Facebook for start and end dates.
