Helmets required, bikes not provided. Get there by 5:30 pm and R Community Bikes will check that your bike is rideable. You need to be able to hold a steady pace. Check the calendar for each week's start.

Flower City Feeling Good Wednesday Ride is a social group ride in Rochester, NY. It rolls every Wednesday at 6:00 pm from A different Rochester recreation center or park each week (Oct 7: Schiller Park, 350 Andrews St).

A free guided ride for the City of Rochester Recreation Department, led by Reconnect Rochester. Each week is about 7 miles on a different route and shows how the city's bike boulevards link neighborhoods. The pace is easy but steady, and the ride is over in about an hour.
