For visitors

Bring a repair kit and a spare tube, and your own food; the group stops near stores, not at them. Each month a different member leads. The club has a code of conduct.

Arrive
Ten or fifteen minutes before 2:00 pm. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
Pace
Casual, about 10 miles with a few park stops. It's no-drop: if you fall off the back, someone waits. That's the point of a group ride.

About the Corvidae BC Monthly Ride group ride

Corvidae BC Monthly Ride is a social group ride in Portland, OR. It rolls second Sunday of the month at 2:00 pm from Peninsula Park Rose Fountain (or the gazebo).

A monthly no-drop ride, going since 2017, led by a different Corvidae member each month. It leans on greenways, group etiquette and safety. Pop-up rides run in summer, and the club collects dry non-perishables for food donations each month.

In 2027 I ride 10,000 miles, all on the bike, every one of them for queer communities. You pledge a few cents a mile and pick which org it goes to. It starts January 1.
