- a helmet, front and rear lights (it's a dark-hours ride), water, a spare tube or patch kit, a way to pay for the stop.
- Arrive
- Ten or fifteen minutes before 6:00 pm. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
- Pace
- The easiest pace the host lists is 14–15.5 mph: steady — you'll breathe hard on the hills. It's no-drop: if you fall off the back, someone waits. That's the point of a group ride.

About the PBA Tuesday Night Ladies Ride group ride
PBA Tuesday Night Ladies Ride is a road group ride in Plano, TX. It rolls every Tuesday at 6:00 pm from NE corner of Windhaven and Communications Pkwy (west side of the building, by the Pinstack lot).
A women's developmental road ride run by Plano Bicycle Association. Two groups, both no-drop, 24 to 31 miles. White front and red rear lights are required. Routes change, so check the ride posting on the club blog.
