- Bring
- a helmet, front and rear lights (it's a dark-hours ride), water, a spare tube or patch kit, a way to pay for the stop.
- Arrive
- Ten or fifteen minutes before 5:00 pm. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
- Pace
- Pace isn't posted. Ask the host before you go, or say you're new when you arrive. It's no-drop: if you fall off the back, someone waits. That's the point of a group ride.

Free adaptive cycling sessions for people with disabilities. Handcycles and tandems are provided; you reserve one ahead of time. The same program meets at McCarren Park and Prospect Park in Brooklyn, Williamsbridge Oval in the Bronx, and Flushing Meadows in Queens. Volunteers are welcome.
