- Race pace, A group. It's a drop ride: if you can't hold the pace, you'll finish alone. Fine if you know your speed. Not a first ride.

About the The Oval group ride
The Oval is a road group ride in Fort Collins, CO. It rolls every Saturday at 10:00 am from Southwest corner of the CSU Oval, in front of the Statistics Building.
A winter race-pace road classic: up to 80 miles with crosswind flats, rollers and power climbs, and a hotly contested sprint at the city limit sign east of Berthoud. It is how many Fort Collins riders build for the season.
