- a helmet, front and rear lights (it's a dark-hours ride), water, a spare tube or patch kit, a way to pay for the stop.
- Arrive
- Ten or fifteen minutes before 5:30 pm. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
- Pace
- A and B groups, no-drop, club sweep. It's no-drop: if you fall off the back, someone waits. That's the point of a group ride.
- Check

About the OMBA Singletrack Social group ride
OMBA Singletrack Social is a mountain bike group ride in Fort Collins, CO. It rolls every Wednesday at 5:30 pm from Blue Sky Trailhead (early April and October rides meet at Spring Canyon Park instead).
A casual Wednesday trail ride from the local mountain bike association. Riders split into ability groups, someone sweeps, and nobody gets dropped. Cancelled when trails are muddy. Details on the OMBA calendar and Facebook.
