First time on this ride? Here’s the drill
- Bring
- a helmet, front and rear lights (it's a dark-hours ride), water, a spare tube or patch kit, a way to pay for the stop.
- Arrive
- Ten or fifteen minutes before the meet time. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
- Pace
- Expect 8–10 mph: you can talk the whole way. It's no-drop: if you fall off the back, someone waits. That's the point of a group ride.

About the Slow Roll Buffalo Monday Night Community Ride group ride
Slow Roll Buffalo Monday Night Community Ride is a social group ride in Buffalo, NY. It rolls every Monday at 6:00 pm.
A ten-mile guided ride from a different host neighborhood every Monday, with two regroup stops and an after-party with food and music. A volunteer SQUAD of over 100 keeps the ride together. Kids, seniors and first-timers ride. 2026 season runs May 18 to October 12.
