— training miles since June 1. The 10,000 start Jan 1.

Five seconds. Ten, tops.

What do you cycle for?

Your mom? The view? Your mental health? You want to lose weight? It doesn’t matter. The movement is movement.

  1. Film it. Five or ten seconds. Say “I cycle for…” and finish it. On the bike, by the bike, after the ride.
  2. Post it and tag us. Your Story, your feed, a reel. Tag @cycl_eforchange so we see it.
  3. Give us the OK. Then we can share it on ours. One minute, right below.
Give us the OK

Give us the OK.

Tag us and we might share your Story. To put your clip in our reels, our boosted posts or on this site, we need your OK first. This is it.

Under 18? We can’t take your video here. Ride on, and thank you.

Your clip (optional)

Posted it already? Skip this. Want to send it straight to us instead? Add it here.

The OK
Read the whole OK. It’s short.

When you send this, you’re telling Cycle for Change LLC (Robert Castan):

  • You’re 18 or older.
  • You’re in the video and you made it, or you have the right to share it. Anyone else you can recognize in it said OK too.
  • Cycle for Change can use your video, your first name, your Instagram handle and what you cycle for. On Instagram: posts, reels, Stories, and boosted posts we pay to show to more people. And on cycleforchange.org.
  • We can trim it, crop it, put words or music on it, and cut it together with other people’s clips.

What we won’t do:

  • Sell it, or give it to anyone else to use.
  • Use it to say you back a product, a brand or a candidate.
  • Put your last name, your email or where you live on anything.
  • Pay you for it. You don’t pay us anything either.

Changed your mind? Send a DM to @cycl_eforchange on Instagram. Within 7 days we delete our posts that use it, take it off the site, and stop any boost it’s in.

We keep a record of your OK (what you sent and when) for as long as we use the video, and a year after.

Mine changes every ride.

Some days it’s one·n·ten. Some days I’m just riding to feel free, even if it’s two hours.

Every ride, I say who I’m riding for that day. On Instagram. Show me yours.
