Xalapa se Mueve: Ruta Recreativa is an open-streets program in Xalapa, Mexico: streets closed to cars and open to bikes. It runs some Sundays from 7:00 am local time.
Xalapa's city government closes the main avenues of the centre to cars on selected Sundays for walking, cycling and family activities. The August edition was billed as the third of the program.
