- Ten or fifteen minutes before 5:45 pm. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
- Pace
- The easiest pace the host lists is 13–15 mph: steady — you'll breathe hard on the hills. It splits into pace groups. Pick the slowest one your first time; you can move up next week.
