Free. On extended Sundays there is a group exercise session at 9:00 in front of the Glorieta del Águila. Expect closed streets around Paseo Colón.

- Ten or fifteen minutes before 8:00 am. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.

About the Toluca Recreativa group ride
Toluca Recreativa is an open-streets program in Toluca, Mexico: streets closed to cars and open to bikes. It runs every Sunday from 8:00 am local time.
A weekly car-free route on Paseo Colón run by the Toluca city sports institute. Riders, runners, walkers and dog owners use the closed street, and the first Sunday of the month adds a longer route.
