First time on this ride? Here’s the drill
- Bring
- a helmet, front and rear lights (it's a dark-hours ride), water, a spare tube or patch kit, a way to pay for the stop.
- Arrive
- Ten or fifteen minutes before 6:30 pm. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
- Pace
- The easiest pace the host lists is 16–20 mph: brisk — you'll want some fitness. It splits into pace groups. Pick the slowest one your first time; you can move up next week.
- Check
- Look at their Facebook page the day of — that's where cancellations, weather calls and start changes get posted.

About the TAB Windsday Ride group ride
TAB Windsday Ride is a road and gravel group ride in Sylvania, OH. It rolls every Wednesday at 6:30 pm from Pacesetter Park.
The Toledo club's midweek ride with both a road group and a gravel group. Routes change and get posted on the club's Facebook page. Helmets required, no earbuds.
