For visitors
Visitors get one trial ride, then the club asks for membership and a signed waiver (the site says members-only rides are now enforced). Three pace groups, 15-21 mph, rotating pace line, no one left behind.
First time on this ride? Here’s the drill
- Bring
- a helmet, water, a spare tube or patch kit, a way to pay for the stop.
- Arrive
- Ten or fifteen minutes before 7:30 am. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
- Pace
- Expect 19–21 mph: fast — for riders who race or train. It splits into pace groups. Pick the slowest one your first time; you can move up next week.
- Check
- Look at the host's website the day of — that's where cancellations, weather calls and start changes get posted.
