For visitors

Helmet required. The shop says it is for intermediate and advanced riders who know group etiquette and can fix a flat. It is not a no-drop ride, but the group regroups several times. Bring plenty to eat and drink. Seniors on Bikes says the ride splits into faster and shorter groups as it goes.
