- a helmet, water, a spare tube or patch kit, a way to pay for the stop.
- Arrive
- Ten or fifteen minutes before 8:30 am. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
- Pace
- A (hilly, ~50 mi), B+ (~40 mi, no-drop), B Top Gun (~35 mi, mostly flat). It splits into pace groups. Pick the slowest one your first time; you can move up next week.

About the Cyclo-Vets Saturday Ride group ride
Cyclo-Vets Saturday Ride is a road and e-bikes welcome group ride in San Diego, CA. It rolls every Saturday at 8:30 am from Trader Joe's / Coffee Bean lot, Mission Valley.
A recreational club that started in 1984 for older riders and now takes all ages. Three Saturday groups leave Mission Valley together; the B rides are no-drop. Approved e-bikes are allowed. There is also a Friday leisurely ferry-and-bikeway ride from Coronado.
