- Arrive
- Ten or fifteen minutes before 6:30 pm. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
- Pace
- The easiest pace the host lists is 14–15 mph: steady — you'll breathe hard on the hills. It's no-drop: if you fall off the back, someone waits. That's the point of a group ride.
