For visitors

The club's own pages disagree for October: the women's ride text says 6:00 pm until daylight saving time ends, the Monday text says 5:30 pm from Oct 7, and the club calendar lists 5:30 pm from Oct 7. Arrive by 5:30 to be safe. Women only, single group, no-drop.

First time on this ride? Here’s the drill
Bring
a helmet, front and rear lights (it's a dark-hours ride), water, a spare tube or patch kit, a way to pay for the stop.
Arrive
Ten or fifteen minutes before 5:30 pm. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
Pace
Expect 14–17 mph: brisk — you'll want some fitness. It's no-drop: if you fall off the back, someone waits. That's the point of a group ride.
Check
Look at @RockHillBikeClub the day of — that's where cancellations, weather calls and start changes get posted.

I do the miles. You decide who they’re for.

In 2027 I ride 10,000 miles, all on the bike, every one of them for queer communities. You pledge a few cents a mile and pick which org it goes to. It starts January 1.
