For visitors

The club says all its club rides are open to the public and that helmets are required. Times can shift for weather, so check the posted ride on Ride with GPS. Some Sunday C rides start away from downtown (Ontario Mills, for example).

Ten or fifteen minutes before 8:00 am. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
Pace
The easiest pace the host lists is 11–13 mph: you can talk the whole way. It splits into pace groups. Pick the slowest one your first time; you can move up next week.
