Bring
a helmet, front and rear lights (it's a dark-hours ride), water, a spare tube or patch kit, a way to pay for the stop.
Arrive
Ten or fifteen minutes before 5:30 pm. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
Pace
The easiest pace the host lists is 15 mph: steady — you'll breathe hard on the hills. It splits into pace groups. Pick the slowest one your first time; you can move up next week.

Reno Wheelmen Wednesday Group Ride is a road group ride in Reno, NV. It rolls every Wednesday at 5:30 pm.

The club's Wednesday evening ride out to Verdi with B and C groups behind ride leaders. Groups ride out together in a double paceline at talking pace and regroup three times, but don't necessarily wait on the way back. The club notes the slower groups are not slow.
