Women 18+. Sign the waiver and sign up on Golden Volunteer (the Meetup page says not to RSVP on Meetup, or you won't get cancellation alerts). Mountain bike and helmet required. No ride when the trails are wet or muddy.
First time on this ride? Here’s the drill
- Bring
- a helmet, front and rear lights (it's a dark-hours ride), water, a spare tube or patch kit, a way to pay for the stop.
- Arrive
- Ten or fifteen minutes before the meet time. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
- Pace
- Pace isn't posted. Ask the host before you go, or say you're new when you arrive.
- Check
