- a helmet, front and rear lights (it's a dark-hours ride), water, a spare tube or patch kit, a way to pay for the stop.
- Arrive
- Ten or fifteen minutes before 6:00 pm. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
- Pace
- All classes, no-drop, hills. It's no-drop: if you fall off the back, someone waits. That's the point of a group ride.

About the Major Taylor Cycling PGH Wednesday Ride group ride
Major Taylor Cycling PGH Wednesday Ride is a social and road group ride in Pittsburgh, PA. It rolls every Wednesday at 6:00 pm from Tunnel Blvd & S 27th St, South Side (by OTB Bicycle Cafe).
A weekly no-drop tour around the city from OTB on the South Side, twelve to eighteen miles at a casual pace. Run by the local Major Taylor club, whose membership is open to all.
