The club's Strava page (open to join) posts each week's route, rain cancellations and the odd week off. Incycle's page still lists an older 1st and 3rd Tuesday schedule that the club no longer uses.

Bring
a helmet, front and rear lights (it's a dark-hours ride), water, a spare tube or patch kit, a way to pay for the stop.
Arrive
Ten or fifteen minutes before the meet time. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
Pace
Medium to spicy, usually 20 to 35 miles, regroups at major turns and the tops of long climbs. It splits into pace groups. Pick the slowest one your first time; you can move up next week.
Check

About the FOO CHOW Ride group ride

FOO CHOW Ride is a road group ride in Pasadena, CA. It rolls every Monday at 6:30 pm from Incycle Pasadena.

Weekly Monday-night road ride out of Incycle Pasadena, going since 2007. The pace runs medium to hard, but the group regroups at major turns and at the top of long climbs. The route changes every week and is posted on the club's Strava page. Bring lights, tools, a tube and water.
