The club says its rides are no drop as long as you can hold the pace. New riders get an intro and safety briefing before the start. Start times move with sunrise and go out by email on Thursdays; a 2026 waiver or club membership is required. This C ride is self-guided.

Pace
The easiest pace the host lists is 14–15 mph: steady — you'll breathe hard on the hills. It's no-drop: if you fall off the back, someone waits. That's the point of a group ride.

Park Ridge Cycling Saturday C Ride is a road group ride in Park Ridge, IL. It rolls every Saturday at 7:30 am from Pickwick Marquee, Pickwick Theatre.

The slowest of the club's Saturday groups, 28 miles at 14 to 15 mph, and the one it points first-timers to. The A group (20-22 mph, 54 miles) and B group (17-18 mph, 32 or 58 miles) leave from the same spot at 7:00 and 7:15.
