Free. Bike school, bike rental at Punto 0 (across from Rali), parking by the Miramar courts and at the Cinta Costera south gate. Suspended on some race Sundays and holiday weekends. Early start because of the heat.

Recreovía Cinta Costera is an open-streets program in Panama City, Panama: streets closed to cars and open to bikes. It runs every Sunday from 6:00 am local time.

Panama City's Sunday morning car-free waterfront. The Cinta Costera closes to cars from Paitilla to the end of its section over the sea. Flat, early and done by 11.
