First time on this ride? Here’s the drill
- Bring
- a helmet, front and rear lights (it's a dark-hours ride), water, a spare tube or patch kit, a way to pay for the stop.
- Arrive
- Ten or fifteen minutes before 6:00 pm. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
- Pace
- Pace isn't posted. Ask the host before you go, or say you're new when you arrive. It's no-drop: if you fall off the back, someone waits. That's the point of a group ride.
- Check
- Look at @angrycatfish the day of — that's where cancellations, weather calls and start changes get posted.
