Please RSVP on Meetup; there is a paper sign-up at the start. Check your tires, bring water bottles, a tire repair kit and a spare tube. Helmet mandatory. There are no restrooms at the start.

- Pace
- Expect 13–14 mph: relaxed, with time to talk. It's no-drop: if you fall off the back, someone waits. That's the point of a group ride.
