- Expect 16–18 mph: brisk — you'll want some fitness. It's no-drop: if you fall off the back, someone waits. That's the point of a group ride.

About the La Grange Women's Ride group ride
La Grange Women's Ride is a road group ride in Los Angeles, CA. It rolls third Saturday of the month at 8:00 am.
Monthly ride for female-identifying cyclists, members and guests. Social pace with regroups; the club says no one gets left behind. Riders should be comfortable clipped in and have some climbing experience. Start location rotates and is posted on Strava and Instagram.
