- Arrive
- Ten or fifteen minutes before the meet time. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
- Pace
- Mixed-ability groups, including a new-rider group. It splits into pace groups. Pick the slowest one your first time; you can move up next week.
- Check

Rapha Friday Chat Laps is a road group ride in London, United Kingdom. It rolls every Friday at 7:15 am local time from Inner Circle (Jubilee Gates), Regent's Park.
Rapha London's weekly Friday laps of Regent's Park Outer Circle, split into mixed-ability groups with a dedicated new-rider group, then back to the Soho clubhouse. It is the easiest way into the London clubhouse scene; most other Rapha London rides are for RCC members only.
