First time on this ride? Here’s the drill
- Bring
- a helmet, front and rear lights (it's a dark-hours ride), water, a spare tube or patch kit, a way to pay for the stop.
- Arrive
- Ten or fifteen minutes before 6:00 pm. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
- Pace
- The easiest pace the host lists is 18–20 mph: fast — for riders who race or train. It's a drop ride: if you can't hold the pace, you'll finish alone. Fine if you know your speed. Not a first ride.
- Check

Tuesday Training Ride (Lancaster Bicycle Club) is a road group ride in Lancaster, PA. It rolls every Tuesday at 6:00 pm from Calvary Church.
A show-and-go 25-mile training loop with no designated leader. Fast pacelining; riders who can't hold the pace may be dropped. E-bikes not recommended. The club runs slower no-drop rides on the same evenings; the full schedule lives on Meetup.
