- Expect 13–18+ mph: steady — you'll breathe hard on the hills. It splits into pace groups. Pick the slowest one your first time; you can move up next week.

A weeknight loop ride of 18 to 28 miles with fewer stops than the club's social rides. Start point rotates among a few bars and nearby towns. BIC also runs Monday relaxed-pace rides for new riders, Tuesday morning rides and Saturday rides of 20 to 100 miles.
