- All paces; riders may self-group. It splits into pace groups. Pick the slowest one your first time; you can move up next week.

About the Ashland Breakfast Club (ABC) Ride group ride
Ashland Breakfast Club (ABC) Ride is a road group ride in Glen Allen, VA. It rolls every Saturday at 9:00 am from Rear lot behind the football field at RF&P Park, Crump Park.
A 20 to 40+ mile, mostly flat ride from the back lot at RF&P Park in Crump Park, with most routes heading to Ashland for a rest stop. All paces are welcome; riders may follow the posted route or group up in the lot. It is not a no-drop ride, but the leaders usually try to regroup.
