For visitors

No registration. Helmet, working bike and front and rear lights are required. Carry two bottles, a speedometer and a spare tube. Come early for the pre-ride safety talk. The club says this and Wednesday's Minions Plus are the best first rides with the club. Weather cancellations post on the CRBC Ride Group on Facebook.

Expect 12–14 mph: steady — you'll breathe hard on the hills. It's no-drop: if you fall off the back, someone waits. That's the point of a group ride.
