- Ten or fifteen minutes before 7:00 am. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
- Pace
- A group 14–16 mph, B group faster. Ride with the main group your first time, not the fast one. It splits into pace groups. Pick the slowest one your first time; you can move up next week.
