Open to anyone who can hold the pace. The first SMR of 2026 was 56 miles with no coffee stop, up to the Highland Park boat ramp and back by about 10:30 am. The route is posted at the start of each week. The club cancels for bad weather and says so on its Strava page.

Expect 19 mph on average: brisk — you'll want some fitness. It's a drop ride: if you can't hold the pace, you'll finish alone. Fine if you know your speed. Not a first ride.
