- Ten or fifteen minutes before 6:30 am. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
- Pace
- Expect 13–15 mph: relaxed, with time to talk. It splits into pace groups. Pick the slowest one your first time; you can move up next week.

A big Boulder business-community ride with six pace groups and free coffee and pastries at Amante afterward. A slower 'Rocky Ride' leaves Amante at 8:30 am. Summer only.
