- Ten or fifteen minutes before 5:30 pm. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.

About the Mountain Mondays group ride
Mountain Mondays is a mountain bike group ride in Boise, ID. It rolls every Monday at 5:30 pm from Boise State Cycle Learning Center.
Free all-levels mountain bike ride from the campus bike shop into the Boise foothills. New riders get trail technique, trailside repair basics and an intro to the Ridge to Rivers trails. Runs from the start of fall semester until the time change, then again late March to May. Dates are posted on the shop's Instagram.
