Arrive
Ten or fifteen minutes before 8:00 am. Tell whoever's leading that you're new.
Pace
A, B and C groups are drop rides with regroups; D group is an absolute no-drop road ride. It splits into pace groups. Pick the slowest one your first time; you can move up next week.

I do the miles. You decide who they’re for.

In 2027 I ride 10,000 miles, all on the bike, every one of them for queer communities. You pledge a few cents a mile and pick which org it goes to. It starts January 1.
